As the Chinese New Year approaches, DEFEND would like to inform our valued partners and customers of our upcoming holiday schedule.
Our offices and production facilities will be closed from February 15 to February 23, 2026, in celebration of the Lunar New Year. Normal operations will resume on February 24, 2026.
Order & Production Arrangements
To ensure minimal disruption to your projects, we kindly ask customers with ongoing or upcoming orders to plan accordingly.
- Orders confirmed before the holiday will proceed according to the agreed production schedule.
- Payments received prior to the holiday will allow us to secure production slots before closure.
- During the holiday period, responses may be delayed, but urgent matters will be addressed as soon as possible.
Given that the pre-holiday period is typically one of our busiest production seasons, we encourage partners to confirm orders and arrange payments in advance to avoid scheduling delays.
